Services

Keep people, places and systems connected when the work cannot wait.

We design connectivity around geography, workload, resilience, power and support reality—not around a diagram that assumes perfect infrastructure.

01

Network architecture and upgrades

Plan routing, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, branch links, bandwidth and network segmentation around the organisation’s actual traffic and users.

02

Internet, WAN and VPN connectivity

Design branch connectivity, VPN access, failover and remote support with clear service ownership and operating limits.

03

Structured cabling and fibre

Coordinate CAT6/CAT6A, fibre, racks, patch panels, labelling and documentation so faults are easier to diagnose.

04

VoIP and communications workflows

Scope voice and communications systems around users, locations, quality, permissions and continuity requirements.

05

Field and low-connectivity environments

Assess offline capture, backup power, local services and resilient sync patterns where connectivity is intermittent.

Scope questions

Before we start.

Can you work with our current ISP or telecoms provider?

Yes. We can assess the current service and define the technical, commercial and support changes needed, subject to provider access and responsibility.

Do you guarantee uptime?

No. Availability depends on power, providers, equipment, configuration and support coverage. We make the assumptions and responsibilities explicit.

Start with a conversation

Let’s scope the work properly.

We will agree requirements, deliverables, responsibilities and support terms.
